POPSUGAR Must Have Unveiling (March 2014)

March 2014

I've been super curious about the POPSUGAR Must Have box, but the $40/month price is way too steep for me. However, once I learned that I'd receive $10 off of my first box (I may have also felt a bit extra indulgent that day), I knew I had to try it!

While there is only one POPSUGAR Must Have box each month (i.e., everyone receives the same box), I'm going to do a product review and reveal at the request of some of my lovely blogger friends. Here we go! (And keep in mind that I only paid $30 for all of this.)

Harvest Snaps Snapea Crisps ($2 value)

The first thing that caught my eye was this package of snap pea crisps. I normally don't like peas (or vegetables, for that matter), but these are DELICIOUS! They're crunchy and (not too) salty, and the only ingredients are green peas, corn oil, rice, salt, calcium carbonate, and vitamin C. I need to buy these again.

Jurlique Herbal Recovery Advanced Serum ($27 value)

Surprisingly, I'm really excited about this serum. Even though I'm only 21, I've been thinking about buying an anti-aging cream--it's never too early to start, right? Plus, I've only heard amazing things about Jurlique. I only just started using the serum, but hopefully it'll do its job! Jurlique also included a 15% off coupon for its website.

ActiveForever Fusion Exercise Ball ($9.95 value)

This 7.5" exercise ball arrives flat, but it comes with a straw to ease the process of inflation. I've never done too much with exercise balls, and I honestly doubt I'll use it while I'm still in school (oops), but it's definitely something I can keep and use in the future.

Dogeared Lucky Horseshoe necklace ($30 value)

The idea behind this necklace, which is a gold-plated horseshoe charm on a silk string, is that you make a wish when putting it on, and supposedly that wish comes true when the necklace falls off. As I don't like the feeling of wet string (and don't want to ruin/lose it!), I'm wearing it as a normal necklace. It's beautifully delicate and goes with just about everything. Also, the box included a 20% coupon to Dogeared. I don't need anything, but it's tempting!

BaubleBar Elephant Ring Tree ($12 value)

How adorable is this little guy? I've actually been eyeing BaubleBar's silver ring trees, but never bought one. I was so happy to receive this in my box! It houses my rings perfectly and makes a really cute display. Like Jurlique and Dogeared, BaubleBar included a coupon (20% off). I know that'll come in handy the next time I need a gift!

Brokedown Blue Ikat Scarf ($72 value)

Although Brokedown is now selling the scarf on its website, the design was made for the POPSUGAR Must Have box. And look how beautiful! It's lightweight and colorful, and the colors and pattern stand out but aren't too busy. Basically, it's perfect. I have nothing else to say about it.

Total box value: $152.95

Was it worth the $30? Um...yes! I got all of these items for less than 80%(!) off!

If you're dying to get your hands on one of these now (and why wouldn't you?), you can become a Must Have subscriber here. And if you order before March 25, use code MARCH10 to get $10 off your first box, too! (And if you miss out on that and still are interested, email me--I'll find the code du jour for you ;)).

  1. This looks like it really was. Great deal! The scarf and elephant ring holders are my favorites. I would be interested in trying those chips out too. Doesn't hurt to try.

  2. Love the C cup in your Bauble bar shot! I have the same one with a B on it, but I never thought use it as a vase! Cute!

  3. So aweosme! I've never heard of pop sugar subscriptions! but I love the scarf and necklace!

  4. Oh my gosh, that elephant ring tree! I'm obsessed with elephants! It looks like a great box - I think I'm definitely going to give this a try over the summer once I'm not a poor college student!

  5. EVERYTHING LOOKS AMAZING! If I ever get the money, I would be all about this.

I'd love to hear what you have to say!
