Fed Up Challenge: Days 8, 9, and 10 (Last Days!)

In case you missed it, read my first post about the Fed Up Challenge to learn about the challenge, what it is, and why I'm doing it.

I DID IT! I went 10 days completely added-sugar free! I still can't believe it. The closer it got to the end, the tougher it was. Today I woke up and had a chocolate muffin and it never tasted so good.

Unfortunately, I didn't really feel the health benefits--I didn't feel more energetic (more tired, if anything) and lost no weight. Maybe a half pound at the most. But all that matters is that I stuck to it and finished what I started. Woohoo!

If any of you are taking the plunge, let me know! I'd love to follow and give encouragement.

  1. Maybe you're right, but I barely lasted 10 days...no way I'm redoing this! Haha. And funny because I didn't lose any weight after those 10 days, but I've since lost two pounds. Go figure. GOOD LUCK and send me the link when you start!
