101 in 1001, Part 2

As always, this list is inspired by Mackenzie Horan of Design Darling. The idea is to come up with 101 goals that are attainable but require effort, and to complete them within a 1001-day period. This is my second one--let's see if I can accomplish all of my goals this time!
